What file formats are supported?
We support most video (MP4, MOV, AVI), audio (MP3, WAV, M4A), and image (JPG, PNG, HEIC) formats.
What is the maximum file size?
Files up to 10GB can be uploaded. For larger files, contact support.
How does transcription work?
Audio and video files are automatically transcribed using AI. Processing typically takes a few minutes.
